1. 音频与屏幕权限 / Audio and screen permission
您主动开始翻译后，macOS 应用通过 Apple ScreenCaptureKit、iPad 应用通过 Apple ReplayKit 获取系统播放音频，在本机进行识别和翻译。捕获范围可能包含多个 App 的声音，并非只限于某个选定 App。macOS 版不提供麦克风输入模式；iPad 版提供系统音频及麦克风两种输入，麦克风仅在您选择并开始该模式、授予权限后使用。捕获接口可能产生低分辨率屏幕帧，应用立即丢弃这些帧，不显示、保存或上传它们；不录制视频文件。您可在 macOS 系统设置中管理屏幕与系统录音权限，点击“停止”结束捕获。iPad 系统音频需要确认系统屏幕共享，点击主界面“结束翻译”或停止系统共享可结束采集；“暂停字幕”仅暂停字幕显示。麦克风权限可在系统设置中撤销。
When you start translation, the app captures system playback audio using Apple ScreenCaptureKit on macOS and Apple ReplayKit on iPad and processes it on your device. Capture may include audio from multiple apps, rather than one selected app. The macOS version has no microphone input mode. The iPad version supports system audio and microphone input; microphone access starts only when you select and start that mode and grant permission. The capture API may produce low-resolution screen frames; the app immediately discards them without displaying, saving, or uploading them and does not record video files. Manage recording permission in macOS System Settings and click Stop to end capture. On iPad, system audio requires confirmation of system screen sharing. End Translation in the main app or stopping system sharing ends capture; Pause Captions only pauses caption display. Microphone permission can be revoked in Settings.
2. 本地识别与翻译 / On-device processing
当前版本可使用 Apple 本地语音识别或下载的 Whisper Turbo 识别模型，并可使用 Apple Translation 或下载的 Qwen 本地翻译模型处理音频与文字，不将音频、识别原文或译文上传到开发者服务器，不接入第三方在线 AI 翻译服务。首次使用或模型更新可能需要从 Apple 下载语言资源，或从 Hugging Face 下载所选模型。下载服务会接收完成下载所需的请求和 IP 地址，不接收采集音频、屏幕帧、原文或译文；购买、恢复购买及系统资源下载需要网络。Apple 服务的数据处理适用 Apple 隐私政策。
The current version uses on-device Apple speech recognition or a downloaded Whisper Turbo model, and Apple Translation or downloaded Qwen translation models. It does not upload audio, transcripts, or translations to developer servers or use third-party online AI translation services. Language resources may download from Apple, and optional selected models from Hugging Face. Download providers receive requests and IP addresses needed to deliver files, but not captured audio, screen frames, transcripts or translations. Purchases, restoration, and resource downloads need connectivity. Apple services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
3. 记录、导出与设置 / History, exports, and preferences
macOS 与 iPad 均提供会话记录及 TXT/PDF 导出。原文、译文及起止时间码保存在本次翻译会话的内存中，用于字幕和完整记录。关闭记录窗口不会清空记录；开始新会话会重置记录，退出应用后不保留会话历史。应用不自动保存原始音频。您主动导出 TXT / PDF 时，文字和可选时间码写入您选择的位置；如该位置属于 iCloud 或其他同步文件夹，文件可能由相应服务同步。iPad 导出先写入应用本地临时目录，再由您通过系统共享面板保存或分享；临时副本可由系统清理。您自行管理、分享或删除保存的文件。
Both macOS and iPad provide session history and TXT/PDF export. Source text, translations, and start/end timecodes stay in session memory for captions and history. Closing the history window does not clear them; a new session resets them and quitting does not retain session history. The app does not automatically save raw audio. When you export TXT/PDF, text and optional timecodes are written to your chosen location. iCloud or other synced folders may sync files through their own services. On iPad, exports are first written to the app’s local temporary directory, then saved or shared at your request through the system share sheet; the system may purge temporary copies. You control saved files, including sharing and deletion.
界面语言、字幕大小等必要偏好设置保存在本机，不用于广告或用户画像。
Necessary preferences, such as interface language and caption size, are stored locally and are not used for advertising or profiling.
4. 购买与授权 / Purchases and access
订阅、Apple 官方免费试用、永久买断及恢复购买由 Apple StoreKit 处理。应用读取 Apple 验证的商品和交易信息（如商品 ID、交易状态、到期或撤销状态），仅用于判断授权及显示购买状态，不维护独立的本地试用计时。应用不会接收您的 Apple 账户密码、银行卡资料或支付凭据，也没有开发者自建账号系统。
Apple StoreKit handles subscriptions, Apple introductory trials, lifetime purchases, and restoration. The app uses verified product and transaction information, such as product IDs, transaction status, expiration, or revocation, only to determine access and display purchase status. There is no independent local trial timer. The app does not receive Apple account passwords, bank-card details, or payment credentials and has no developer-operated account system.
5. 日志与技术支持 / Diagnostics and support
应用可能在本机生成运行、耗时或错误诊断日志，不自动发送给开发者。显式启用的开发/支持诊断可包含识别文字、译文和时间信息。只有您主动提供邮件、截图、导出内容或日志时，开发者才会收到其中的信息，用于回复、排查和解决问题。请勿发送不必要的私人音频、文字或账户资料。支持邮件会经邮箱服务商处理；相关资料仅在处理问题及必要后续跟进期间保留，您可通过支持邮箱请求删除您提供的资料；依法必须保留的资料除外。
The app may generate local operational, timing, or error logs without automatically sending them to the developer. Explicitly enabled development/support diagnostics may include transcripts, translations, and timing. The developer receives information only when you choose to send an email, screenshot, export, or log, and uses it to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send unnecessary private audio, text, or account details. Email is processed by email providers. Support materials are retained only for resolving the issue and necessary follow-up; request deletion through the support email, except where legal retention is required.
6. 不追踪、不出售 / No tracking or sale
当前应用未接入广告追踪、第三方分析 SDK 或开发者自动遥测服务。开发者不出售、出租或为广告目的共享您的音频、原文或译文。Apple、网站托管及邮件服务可能按照各自政策处理提供服务所需的数据。
The current app includes no advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDK, or automatic developer telemetry. The developer does not sell, rent, or share audio, transcripts, or translations for advertising. Apple, website hosting, and email services may process data needed to provide their services under their own policies.
7. 支持网站 / Support website
旧支持页面由 GitHub Pages 托管，其访问日志受 GitHub 隐私声明约束。本官网的访问与邮件处理请参阅官网隐私说明。应用本地处理与网站访问日志分别处理。
The previous support site is hosted by GitHub Pages under its privacy statement. For this official website, see the website privacy notice. Website logs are separate from local app processing.
8. 您的选择与政策更新 / Your choices and changes
您可以停止捕获、撤销系统权限、删除导出文件，并请求删除主动发送的支持资料。功能或数据处理方式改变时，我们会更新本页面及日期。如有隐私疑问或请求，请联系 1708542206@qq.com。
