MindTrace 笔记隐私政策

MindTrace 提供手写笔记、文档标注、录音、转写和翻译。本政策说明这些功能如何处理你的信息。
笔记与文件
笔记、笔迹、图片、导入文档、录音和转写结果保存在你的设备上。启用 iCloud 同步或选择云盘备份时，相应文件将保存到你选择的 Apple iCloud 或云盘服务，受该服务的隐私政策约束。开发者没有用于接收你笔记内容的服务器。
权限与语音处理
麦克风用于你主动开始的录音；相机和照片访问用于拍照或插入你选择的图片。你可以在系统设置中管理权限。使用 Apple 系统语音识别或翻译时，由 Apple 提供相关服务，处理方式取决于系统支持和服务设置；请参阅 Apple 的隐私说明。使用下载的本地识别或翻译模型时，推理在设备上完成。模型下载需要连接模型托管服务，该服务会接收建立网络连接所需的信息。
购买
订阅、试用、买断及付款由 Apple App Store 处理。应用读取购买凭证与权益状态以解锁功能，开发者不接收你的银行卡信息。
广告与追踪
MindTrace 不提供广告，不使用第三方广告追踪或分析 SDK，不出售个人信息。
管理与删除
你可以删除笔记、录音及下载模型，清空最近删除，或移除应用。iCloud 和其他备份副本需要在相应服务中另行管理。取消订阅请前往 Apple 账户的订阅设置。

MindTrace Privacy Policy

MindTrace provides handwriting, document annotation, audio recording, transcription and translation.
Your notes and files
Notes, ink, images, imported documents, recordings and transcripts are stored on your device. When you enable iCloud sync or choose cloud backup, the corresponding files are stored with your selected provider under that provider's privacy policy. The developer does not operate a server that receives your note content.
Permissions and processing
Microphone access is used for recordings you start. Camera and photo access let you insert selected images. Manage permissions in system Settings. Apple speech recognition and translation use Apple's services according to system capabilities and settings; consult Apple's privacy information. Downloaded local models run inference on your device. Model downloads connect to hosting services, which receive information needed to establish the network connection.
Purchases
Apple handles subscriptions, trials, lifetime purchases and payments. The app reads purchase and entitlement status to unlock features. The developer does not receive your payment card information.
Advertising and tracking
MindTrace contains no advertising or third-party advertising tracking or analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information.
Control and deletion
Delete notes, recordings and downloaded models in the app, empty Recently Deleted, or remove the app. Manage iCloud and other backup copies with their respective providers. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account.

Contact the developer through the support page. Do not post private notes or audio in public issues. This policy may be updated as features change.
