本政策说明声墨 · VoiceNote（“本应用”）如何处理信息。本应用用于 Mac 上的音视频转写、会议记录、翻译和导出。
1. 本机处理与保存
音频、视频、麦克风或系统音频以及生成的转写和译文由本应用在你的 Mac 上处理，并保存在本机应用数据或你选择的导出位置。本应用不会把这些录音、文件、转写或译文发送到开发者服务器，也不要求注册账号。请妥善管理本机文件和导出内容。
2. 权限
导入文件时，本应用仅访问你主动选择并授权的文件。实时会议记录需要你开启录音并按 macOS 提示授予所需的麦克风或屏幕与系统音频权限。应用只在你启动相应功能时使用这些输入；录音和识别内容留在本机。
3. 可选模型下载与在线链接
你可以选择按需下载可选的语音识别或翻译模型。下载时，模型托管服务可能收到 IP 地址、请求时间和所请求文件等常规网络连接信息；模型下载不会把你的音频、视频、转写或译文发送给模型托管服务。使用受支持的 YouTube 或 Bilibili 链接时，本应用会联系相应平台或内容服务以访问你提供的链接；这些服务可能按照各自的隐私政策处理连接信息。模型下载和在线链接功能需要网络连接。
4. 购买
订阅、买断和恢复购买由 Apple StoreKit 处理。Apple 会根据其隐私政策处理付款和交易。开发者不会通过本应用接收或保存你的 Apple ID、银行卡或付款凭据；本应用会读取购买授权状态以解锁对应功能。
5. 数据收集、分析与广告
本应用不提供开发者账号系统、广告追踪或开发者分析服务，也不会出售或出租你的文件、录音、转写或译文。除你主动联系支持邮箱或使用上述联网功能外，本应用不会向开发者发送个人内容。
6. 你的选择与数据删除
你可以停止录音、撤销 macOS 权限，并通过本机应用和 Finder 管理或删除文件及导出内容。可选模型可按应用提供的管理方式移除。向支持邮箱发送邮件时，你主动提供的邮件地址、邮件内容及附件会由邮件服务传递给开发者，用于回复你的请求。

如果应用功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面并修改上方的更新日期。

This policy explains how VoiceNote (the “App”), a Mac app for audio/video transcription, meeting recording, translation, and export, handles information.
1. On-device processing and storage
The App processes audio, video, microphone or system audio, and generated transcripts and translations on your Mac. They are stored in local app data or in locations you choose when exporting. The App does not send these recordings, files, transcripts, or translations to the developer’s servers and does not require an account. You control local files and exported content.
2. Permissions
When you import a file, the App accesses only files you select and authorize. Live meeting recording requires you to start recording and grant the microphone or Screen & System Audio permission requested by macOS. The App uses these inputs only while you use the corresponding feature; recordings and recognized content remain on your Mac.
3. Optional model downloads and online links
You may download optional speech-recognition or translation models as needed. Model hosting services may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, request time, and requested file. Model downloads do not send your audio, video, transcripts, or translations to those services. When you use a supported YouTube or Bilibili link, the App contacts the relevant platform or content service to access the link you provide; those services may process connection information under their own privacy policies. These features require an internet connection.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and transaction information under its privacy policy. The developer does not receive or store your Apple ID, card details, or payment credentials through the App. The App reads purchase entitlement status to unlock the applicable features.
5. Collection, analytics, and advertising
The App does not provide a developer-operated account system, advertising tracking, or developer analytics. It does not sell or rent your files, recordings, transcripts, or translations. Except when you contact the support email or use the network features described above, the App does not send personal content to the developer.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can stop recording, revoke macOS permissions, and manage or delete files and exports using the App and Finder. Optional models can be removed using the model-management controls provided in the App. If you email support, the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send are handled by email services and received by the developer to respond to your request.
7. Changes
If the App’s features or data practices change, this page will be updated and the date above will be revised.
